Residential garbage service includes all single
family homes.
Household garbage is picked up every week.
96 Gallon garbage totes have been provided to
each resident.
Additional garbage totes and the replacement of
missing totes are available at an additional fee
by contacting our office.
Garbage may be placed in cans no larger than 32
Gallons and not heavier than 50 pounds.
All garbage must be contained and put out by the
curb not later than 6:30 AM.
Each residence is allowed one bulk item per week
(excluding items which contain freon). If the item
needs to be handled by more than one person or if
it needs a lift gate to be lifted, there will be
an extra fee.
Any freon laden items can be picked up for an
extra fee. Please call our office to schedule the
pickup.
Yard
Waste
Grass clippings, leaves, branches etc. are considered
yard waste and must not be mixed with your garbage.
All yard waste must be placed in brown paper yard
waste bags. Each bag must have a yard waste sticker
affixed to it for pickup. Yard waste bags can not
be heavier than 50 pounds.
Yard waste totes with wheels are available for
rent. Please call our office for details.
Blue
Bag Recycling
Recycling is picked up weekly on your regular
pickup day.
All recyclables must be placed in a blue recycling
bag and be no heavier than 25 pounds
